Contact Rule Revision:
Regarding vehicle contact as written below,

Contact between vehicles has its problems, therefore we are bringing in the "unnecessary contacts rule", if a driver makes unnecessary contacts he will be given the following penalties, after a thorough review, which can and will consist of how, why and when it occurred

One unnecessary contact - 2 place grid drop at next race.
Second unnecessary contact - 5 place grid drop at the next race.
Third unnecessary contact - Demoted to back of grid for next race.
Fourth unnecessary contact - Race ban for next race.

If a driver makes two unnecessary contacts in one or more races they will incur the 5 place drop for the next race.
If a driver makes three unnecessary contacts in one or more races they will incur the back of grid demotion for the next race.
If a driver makes four unnecessary contacts in one or more races they will be demoted to the back of the grid for the next race.
Unnecessary contacts are additional and accumulative and are reset at the end of each league.

An unnecessary contact is a move where a collision occurs, that causes the other driver to either spin, leave the track without fault, occur damage such as the loss of a wing which results in pitting or causes an incident that damages another drivers race unnecessarily.

As drivers we all need to look out for and consider each other, allow for errors and allow for space on the track, if a move looks risky save it for the next corner or even for the next lap, try to understand what the guy in front is doing and look for his mistakes, work out the fastest, safest and most importantly the best way to overtake, be known for a great move but not the move that broke your car!
